This product is amazing!! I have difficulty getting to sleep, as well as staying asleep. Traditional medicinal sleep aids don’t help because they are instantly addictive for me (even 1/2 a dose) and they leave me groggy the next day. Rest-ZZZ helps me get to sleep quicker–and stay asleep through the night, without impacting me remotely the next day. No grogginess upon waking whatsoever. I was getting up 3-4 times at night to go to the bathroom. This product (Pros-T) has reduced that to only 1 time per night. Great improvement!
