Reishi is a woody mushroom native to Asia, also known as ling-zhi. It is an adaptogenic herb that has been used in Traditional Chinese Medicine for thousands of years as the “Herb of Spiritual Potency” and as the “Mushroom of Immortality”.
Reishi is used in health supplements today as an adaptogen during times of stress and as a tonic for the immune system.
