Red raspberry leaf is a favorite nutritive herb, rich in magnesium, potassium, iron, Vitamin C, and and B vitamins. It has been used traditionally as a tea for leg cramps, nausea and as a pregnancy tonic.
Red raspberry leaf is used in health supplements today to support genitourinary health in women.
