Eleuthero (also known as Eleutherococcus) is a shrub that is native to Northeastern Asia, often called Siberian Ginseng. It has been long been used in Traditional Chinese Medicine to expel “wind” and “dampness”, to counter fatigue, and to strengthen tissues.
Eleuthero is used today in health supplements to enhance strength and endurance, and as an adaptogen, to support balance and relieve stress.
